The Mayo Festival is set to engage all ages with a range of activities and entertainment including elective workshops, student performances and celebrity singer, Bec Lavelle.
Dreaming, a visual spectacle is a massed performance by Music, Drama and Visual Art students. This multimedia performance is the culmination of work with Artists in Residence Tony Rice, Sean O’Boyle and ‘Markwell Presents’.
Bec Lavelle, an old girl of St Margaret’s, will perform on the outdoor stage together with her band. Bec is best known for her ongoing work as the vocalist for the Channel 9 series “McLeod’s Daughters”.
With something for everyone to enjoy, workshops, gourmet food and wine, music and stalls, this is an event not to be missed.
So bring the family, a rug or chair, sit back, relax and be mesmerised by the breathtaking performances.
