Daniel Della - Bosca. b. 1968

Graduated Queensland College of Art: Bachelor of Art 1987 Currently: Associate lecturer Queensland College of Art I have a 20year history of producing sculptural works for private and public commission. I have experience in a broad range of materials and processes I favour the use of metals, particularly stainless steel.
My current work has taken a long time to come to fruition and involved intense study in the field of fractal mathematics, and the application of mathematics to generate sculptural form. Conceptually, I find the application of mathematics important. This field of enquiry helps answer questions about the organising principles of nature, why things have come to be.
